Jennifer Shepard is a Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of experience in the High Tech, Entertainment, Global, and Non-Profit Sectors. Jennifer designed and managed the HR function for a successful venture-backed optical microsystems start-up company in the San Gabriel Valley for nine years. - Global Human Resources Management: Sourcing, hiring, contracts, local laws, benefits, and currencies.
